The Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines – Pangasinan Chapter, in cooperation with the Pangasinan State University and the Educators and Researchers’ Association in the Asian Region, Inc., organized the International Conference on Information Technology and Mechatronics Engineering 2021 and was virtually held on December 10 – 12, 2021.

The International Conference on Information Technology and Mechatronics Engineering (ICITME 2021) served as a forum for researchers and scholars from multiple disciplines to come together to share knowledge, discuss ideas, exchange information, and learn about cutting-edge research in diverse fields with the common theme of information technology and mechatronics engineering.

According to Dr. Elbert. M. Galas, the MRSP-Pangasinan Chapter President and Conference Co-honorary Chair, ICITME is the premier interdisciplinary platform for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of Information Technology and Mechatronics Engineering.

The conference has converged leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars in the domain of robotics, mechatronics, information technology and educational technology from around the world.

Dr. P. Vamsi Krishna from the National Institute of Technology in India and Dr. Ruji P. Medina, the Dean of the Graduate Programs of the Technology Institute of the Philippines of Quezon City served as the plenary speakers.

Dr. Krishna, an Associate Professor is working in the areas of manufacturing and precision engineering and has published an extensive numbers of research papers published on SCI/Scopus indexed journals, National Journals and conferences.
