The MDM  Program intends to harness the competency of young and mid-level working professionals towards being transformational leaders, embodying the social and moral values of workers and   provide opportunity for  career and professional development for civil servants and those in the non-governmental sector of the community,  equip public servants and those in the civil society sector which administrative expertise and decision-making capabilities to enable them to become better administrators and policy maker-makes.
