Dr. Jun S. Camara, the University Center Head for the Center for History, Culture, Arts, Languages and Innovative Education and concurrently the Coordinator on Research of the Pangasinan State University – School of Advanced Studies, served as Research Mentor and Speaker during the Kabadang 3.0 Cardinals Research Publication Mentoring Program from April 25 to 29, 2022 at the University of Cordilleras and May 30 to June 3, 2022 at the University of Baguio, with 74 and 48 HEI faculty participants, respectively, for a total of 122 trainees.

Kabadang 3.0, a capacity building activity under Project AHEAD (Academy of Higher Education Faculty Members’ Advancement and Development) of the Commission on Higher Education – Cordillera Administrative Region was pioneered by Education Program Supervisor Dr. Jimmy G. Catanes.

Kabadang 3.0, along with the Kabadang 1.0 and 2.0 in the two previous years, aimed to capacitate early-stage career researchers in CAR in research publication. During Kabadang sessions, Dr. Camara focuses on Practical Angle Writing in Academic Publications for local and international journals.

Dr. Camara is known for his practical but innovative approaches to educational structures and policies.
