Quality publication manifests quality research instruction. The School of Advanced Studies through Dr. Gemma M. De Vera, Deputy Director for Academics, Research and Extension conducted the 2021 Graduate Research Public Def-mination (Defense with Dissemination) on October 30, 2021 in a virtual platform. Thirty-five (35) graduate students in various degree programs in both the master’s and doctoral programs disseminated their research findings to the public. Ninety-two (92) invited stakeholders including graduate students, graduate school professors, and faculty members of the School of Advanced Studies attended. Engr. Paolo Maria. P. Consunji, a Senior Technical Trainer of International Data Corporation, USA, served as external process observer-evaluator.
The conduct of the activity is aligned with the CHED Memorandum No. 15, s. 2019 entitled ‘Policies, Standards, and Guidelines for Graduate Programs’. The activity was attended by SAS Executive Director Dr. Rosario DL Valencerina and was moderated by Dr. Jun S. Camara, SAS Coordinator on Research.
