Curriculum Summit 2020 was comprehensive review of the existing curriculum of each academic program offered in the university to capture the inputs of the industry partners who served as resource persons as they are in authority to provide valid assessment or evaluation of the performance of our graduates.
The activity was organized by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs headed by Dr. Manolito C. Manuel and Curriculum, Instruction and Accreditation Director, Dr. Jessica Jimenez.
Some drivers which were factored in include Industrial Revolution and Education 4.0, Strategic Development Goals, Internationalization and Institutionally-introduced innovations (i.e. offering of Entrepreneurship and Personality Development).
This 5-day program from March 9-13 began in Lingayen for the first three days, at the School of Advanced Studies (SAS), Urdaneta City in the forth day and closing at Dr. Boquiren Convention Hall in Lingayen, Pangasinan. The activity is viewed as a breakthrough in the educational system of the university as frontline officials and faculty members with the aid of invited resource persons devise outline towards change in curriculum.
