PSU SAS ADMISSION PROCEDURE for NEW AND TRANSFEREE STUDENTS
1st Semester 2022-2023

 

1. Pay the Admission Fee (P150.00) in the Cashier’s Office or through Online Payment.

2. Click and register to the link https://forms.gle/ZRn8XAtXucjToAyY7 for the Admission test. (NO Registration, NO Admission)

3. PSU-SAS Admission Test is scheduled on August 27, 2022 (Saturday) at 9 am in PSU – School of Advanced Studies, Urdaneta City.

4. Results of the admission test will be released after the exam and qualifiers may start to enroll.

5. Get your student number at the Registrar’s Office then follow the Online Enrollment & Payment procedure.

6. Submit all the admission requirements to:

7. All requirements should be submitted before we give your MS Teams Account. (NO Requirements, NO MS Teams Account) YOUR MS TEAMS ACCOUNT IS YOUR PASSPORT IN JOINING THE ONLINE CLASS.

8. List of Official Enrolled students will be posted on our Facebook page.

LIST OF REQUIREMENTS

      • 2 copies Accomplished Admission Application with 2×2 picture attached
      • 3 copies of Enrollment Registration Form (from the portal)
      • Transfer Credential
      • Copy of Official Transcript of Records from your last school attended with the remarks “Copy for PSU-School of Advanced Studies”
      • 1pc Long white folder with paper fastener
      • Certification of Good Moral Character
      • Medical Certificate (physically fit to study)
      • PSA Birth Certificate
      • PSA Marriage Certificate (for female student)
      • Study Permit (if employed)
